No, a valid driver's license is always required to rent a car. Make sure to have your driver's license with you when picking up the rental vehicle.

What documents do I need to rent a car?

Generally, you will need a valid driver's license, a major credit card in your name for the security deposit, and a form of identification such as a passport or national ID card. We may also require an international driver's permit if your license is not in the local language.

Deposit Refund

We would like to inform our valued customers that the refund process for any applicable deposits may take approximately 7 to 14 working days to be processed. This timeframe is necessary to ensure that our return policy is fulfiled and that our products are free from fine or compounds by the Police/JPJ or DBKK. A full refund will be issued upon the return of the vehicle, provided that it is free from any compounds. If the vehicle incurs any compounds or violations during the rental period, the necessary fees and penalties will be deducted from the refund amount accordingly.

What is the minimum rental period for a car?

At our company, the minimum rental period is 24 hours. This means that when you rent a car from us, you will be charged for a full day's rental, even if you return the vehicle before the 24-hour period expires.

Are there any mileage restrictions on rental cars?

We may have mileage restrictions in place for our rental vehicles. Mileage restrictions refer to the maximum number of miles or kilometers that you are allowed to drive the rented vehicle during the rental period without incurring additional charges. The specific mileage restrictions may vary depending on factors such as the rental location, vehicle type, and rental agreement.

Outskirts Travel

We understand that customers may have the need to travel to outskirt areas or destinations outside of the usual rental boundaries. We offer the flexibility to allow customers to travel to these outskirt locations; however, please note that there may be additional charges associated with such travel. Traveling to outskirt areas often involves longer distances, different road conditions, and additional logistical considerations. These factors may result in higher costs for our company, which we need to pass on to the customer as extra charges.

Is insurance included in the rental price?

We provide basic insurance coverage for the rental car. However, it's important to note that in the event of an accident or damage to the rental car, there may be an entrance fee or deductible that you need to pay before the insurance coverage takes effect. The entrance fee is the amount you contribute towards the cost of repairs or damages.The specific amount of the entrance fee or deductible will be outlined in the rental agreement or insurance policy terms.

 

What happens if I damage the rental car?

If you damage the rental car, you may be responsible for the repair costs. The rental company will assess the damage and charge you accordingly, which could include the deductible or excess amount specified in your rental agreement. It's essential to inspect the car before driving off and report any pre-existing damage to avoid being held accountable.

Can I add an additional driver to my rental agreement?

Yes, many car rental companies allow you to add additional drivers to the rental agreement. There may be a fee for each additional driver, and they will need to meet the same age and driver's license requirements as the primary driver.

Is there a penalty for returning the car late?

How do I refuel the rental car?

You should fill the tank with the appropriate fuel type specified in the rental agreement, such as unleaded gasoline or diesel. If you're unsure about the fuel type, consult the rental agreement or contact the rental company for clarification. If you return the rental car with less fuel than it had initially, there may be a refueling fee.
