We collect personal information from you when you make a reservation, rent a vehicle, or communicate with us through our website, mobile app, or customer service channels. The information we collect may include your name, contact details, driver's licence information, payment information, and any other information necessary for the rental process.

We use the information we collect to process your reservations, provide rental services, communicate with you, and improve our services. We may also use your information for internal purposes such as data analysis, customer support, and marketing, with your consent where required by applicable laws.

Information Sharing:
We may share your personal information with third parties to facilitate your rental experience. This may include sharing information with insurance providers, payment processors, vehicle service providers, or government authorities as required by law. We take reasonable steps to ensure that third parties handle your information in a manner consistent with our privacy policy.

We have implemented appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. We employ physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to safeguard the information we collect. However, please note that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Rental Agreement:
When renting a car, you will be required to sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of the rental. This agreement typically includes details such as rental duration, rates, insurance coverage, fuel policy, and any additional charges or fees.

Driver's License and Age Requirements:
Rental companies usually require a valid driver's licence held for a certain minimum period (e.g., one year) and have a minimum age requirement for renting a car.

Security Deposit:
Car rental companies often require a security deposit, which is held on your credit card or cash deposit during the rental period. The deposit serves as a safeguard against any damage or violations incurred during your rental. The amount of the deposit varies based on the rental company and the type of vehicle.

Fuel Policy:
Car rental companies may have different fuel policies. Common options include returning the car with a full tank of fuel or paying for fuel upfront and returning the vehicle empty. Make sure to understand the fuel policy and adhere to it to avoid additional charges.

Privacy Practices: Rental companies collect personal information for rental purposes. They are typically committed to protecting customer privacy and should have a privacy policy in place. This policy outlines how they handle and protect your personal information, including any third-party sharing or data retention practices. You can review the privacy policy of the rental company before providing your information.

It's essential to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and ask any questions before signing. Additionally, consider reviewing customer reviews and ratings of the rental company to ensure a reputable and reliable service.


For Deposit Refund:-

Your security deposit will be issued once we have received and examined the returned vehicle. Once the returned vehicle fulfils our return policy, the full refund will be initiated. Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account in 7-14 working days after the returned date via online bank transfer.


If you cancel your order(s) 72 hours before the pick-up delivery, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at suzacarrental@gmail.com.

Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated. We would advise a cancellation request within 96 hours upon your order submission in order for a cancellation.

If you cancel your car rental reservation at the last minute, it is possible that the deposit may not be refunded. To know the exact details of the cancellation policy and whether the deposit is refundable or not in your specific case, it is best to refer to the terms and conditions provided by us at the time of booking or contact our customer service directly.

1.  Any changes must be notified WITHIN 72 HOURS.
2. If the customer for the booking failed to arrive as scheduled or the event of no show, we reserve the right to charge cancellation or no show fee equivalent to the rate issued for the whole period of travelling date.
3. The cancellation charge is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding booking fees, accommodation, transportation and any related charges.

(a) From confirmation date to 15 days before arrival   -   30% of the trip's full price forfeited

(b) From 14 days to arrival date in Sabah   -   50% of the trip's full price forfeited

(c) From 7 days to arrival date in Sabah   -   75% of the trip's full pirce forfeited

(d) 'No Show' by customer   -   100% of the trip's full price forfeited
